Refund policy

EXCHANGE

All exchanges are accepted within 3 Working Days of purchase, in original condition with tags. The postages for items are to be borne by the customer or in-store exchanges are accepted as well. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of styles or a change of mind.

RETURN/REFUND

Only defective items due manufacturing processes are accepted. Print irregularities, color splashes and others imperfections owing to the craft are not considered as defects. Please email us within 3 days of your purchase.
